Ramada By Wyndham Keystone Near Mt Rushmore

Everything was fine, exceptional service, amazing location just off the center of Keystone as well as the resteraunt. Extremely helpful and very efficient staff at all times. Recently refurbished units with a comfy bed.

Whole place was fairly clean with pleasant views; marvellous location close to the area attractions. Enjoyed the way our double room was arranged. We had a large bathroom.

Not well maintained and had an unappealing greenish tint. Despite this, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly were good.

Breakfast with french toast.

It was fairly clean, and the people were superbly friendly. Had nice experience, the room I stayed in was newly renovated with refrigerator and microwave, for instance.

The staff - some of them were inexperienced.

We had a small yet cozy room with comfortable beds and tons of pillows. Loved the clean atmosphere and the nice pool hours! I’d definitely return for another stay.

The proximity to Mount Rushmore was great

Everything was simply perfect. Excellent service offered in this hotel. There were nice pool, free parking, though I liked property's nice views more.

The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions like the historic train. The staff was generally accommodating, especially when a room change was required. The initial room was cramped, and the lack of room service unless explicitly requested was frustrating. No breakfast options were available, forcing us to leave for meals, unexpected for the price paid.

It was not optimal to heat with the air conditioner, but this is absolutely usual in the USA motels

We had a lovely stay with a clean King Room that surprised us with its size, and the indoor pool was perfect after a long day. Relaxing in the jacuzzi was just what we needed! Only downside was a tiny shower issue, but it didn't ruin our vibe—definitely try the breakfast nearby 😄.

It's location to Mt. Rushmore was awesome.

The parking lot is terrible. The parking spaces are very close together and makes it impossible to manuever your car.

Cleanliness impressed me, as well as the friendly staff. A minor inconvenience was the small parking lot, but it didn't overshadow the overall experience. I'd return for another dose of Americana!
